Mail Administration

Mail Administration is available to all domain name websites hosted by PageWeb.com.

Some Feature Include

• Provides a more professional look to your company email addresses.
  Example   sales@yourdomain.com instead of bill247@earthlink.net or billy463@aol.com

• Setup POP Email Accounts for your domain that you can send and retrieve email directly from our server.
  Example   mary@yourdomain.com

• Setting up POP email accounts allows you use WebMail to access your email from any computer with an ISP connection and standard web browser. An easy way to keep in touch no matter where you are.

• Setup Unlimited Email Forwarding addresses for your domain that forward you email from your domain to your ISP email account.
  Example   All mail sent to info@yourdomain.com would be forwarded to your ISP email address like bill247@earthlink.net or billy463@aol.com

• Coming soon... Email Filtering will allow you to filter out all that obnoxious spam mail so only your important email comes to you. Virus scanning will help keep your local computer free of destructive viruses & worms.

Logging On To Mail Administration

• Using your web browser, simply go to
  https://www.pageweb.com/cgi-bin/qmailadmin/

• In the User Account box enter postmaster

• In the Domain Name box enter your domain name.   Example   yourdomain.com

• In the Password box enter your password for your website account.   Example   mypassword

• Now click the [ Login ] button.

That's it... your in!   Simply click on the appropriate links to setup your desired POP email accounts and/or email forwards. It's really quite easy!

Please follow the instructions below upon completion of your Mail Administration setup.

Setting Up Your Email Software:
After you have setup your POP Email Accounts using the Mail Administration above, your next step should be to setup your email software on your computer to work with your new POP email accounts.

Please Note:   Changes to the email software on your computer are only required if you created POP email account(s) in the Mail Administration above.   You do not need to make any changes to the email software on your computer if you only setup mail forwards in the Mail Administration.
