TRAINING 101: TRAINING THE TRAINER PROGRAM
There are three levels to this group program. Ideally the training will take place over a seven to ten day period with follow up sessions within four to six weeks of each phase. A minimum of three separate sessions is required to complete the series. Each session is available separately and shorter versions are available. NOTE: When doing a series, all programs should be completed within six months of your first booking for optimal results.

Preliminary discussions by phone assess your needs or you could submit your bidding requirements or program needs. Custom quotes are available upon request. If your needs dictate another program or level after the on-site evaluation, this will be immediately brought to your attention. Additional sessions, video analysis, and phone support are available as support services.

TRAINING 101 (a)
PHASE ONE: Evaluation & Basic Training Principles with Practical Application.
10 Days On-site
Prerequisite: None
This portion of the three part series consists of an on-site evaluation, assessment of the current status, observation of existing operations and challenges, goals of management and of staff are assessed, discussed, and analyzed. Special needs assessment beyond program offering can be provided after the evaluation, if applicable. Activities consist of short sessions of behavior classroom discussions, followed by actually implementation afterwards. Topics covered are:

Prerequisite: Training aptitude or Training 101 (a)

• Introduction to Intermediate Training
• How to Set Training Parameters
• Communication Channels & Consistency
• Use of Intermittent Reinforcement & Intermediate Techniques
