    Free Standard Tech Support
    Free Standard Tech Support is available to all customers through the use of our online Standard Tech Support request form.

    Customers providing a detailed description of the problem they are experiencing will receive a response from our support staff during normal business hours. Support requests are handled in the order in which they are received.

    In certain instances, our support staff may find it necessary to request that you give them a call in order to better understand the issue in an attempt to find a resolution. Such calls will be handled free of charge providing you initiate the phone call. In other words.. "our time... your dime".

    Priority Paid Support
    Although answers to most issues can be found through the use of Online Instructions and Standard Email Support, there may come a time when you just don't get it, desire a live person to walk you through the issue, or require some trouble shooting of your HTML coding. In such cases, additional help is available via our Priority Paid Support form.

    Priority Paid Support is available at the following rates:

    • Priority Phone Support - $37.50 per 1/2 hour during normal business hours M-F 9am - 5pm (Mountain Time)

    • After Hours Support availabe on a case by case basis.
